Postsecondary Child Care Grant

Postsecondary Child Care Grant Application:
If you will have child care expenses for the time you are enrolled in college, you may be eligible for the Postsecondary Child Care Grant. Awards will be based off of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) results for each year you apply. Please read all criteria and instructions attached to the application.

How the Postsecondary Child Care Grant applications are prioritized for awarding:
First – Previous year recipients and on the Waiting List by June 1st are given priority status.
Second – Those on the waiting list by June 1st (not previous year recipients).
Third – After June 1st, awards are made on a first-come first-served basis until funds are depleted.
Fourth – Once funds are depleted students are put on an awarding waiting list in a first-come first-served order in the case additional funding is received.

Such changes include, but are not limited to, the amount being paid for child care expenses, switching to a new child care provider or the child is no longer being taken to the child care provider.
