Food Service Proposals
Central Lakes College is inviting food businesses and operators to submit proposals to provide food service and catering operations on both its Brainerd and Staples campuses. Through two separate Requests for Proposals (RFPs), the college is seeking partners to develop and operate dining services that meet the needs of students, employees, and visitors. Businesses may submit proposals for one or both locations.
The ideal partner will be able to deliver affordable and high-quality food and refreshments in a way that is inviting and aligned with the needs of the college community. Key dates include a pre-award informational session and site tour on April 8 from 9 to 10 a.m., a deadline for questions on April 10 and a proposal submission deadline of April 15 at 2 p.m. Finalist interviews will take place in late April, with final selection and contract execution expected in May.
All proposals must be submitted through Minnesota State’s e-procurement system; submissions via email or hard copy will not be accepted.
