Safety Escort Service
An on-campus (walking) escort service is provided by Safety and Security for members of the college community. Safety escorts may be requested by calling or 828-6050 and will be provided as other safety and security duties permit.

Jumpstarts
Safety and Security offers a free jump-starting service for vehicles on Central Lakes College property. The following apply when requesting this service:
This service is available on a first come, first serve basis as time permits.
Vehicle registration, proof of insurance and personal identification must be provided.
If they are unable to assist you, or if their attempt fails, they can place a call to a local towing / lock service for you at your expense.

Patrol Officers
The Security Department is available 7 am – 10 pm M-F and on weekends, when campus activities are schedule.
Provide vehicle and foot patrols of all campus property
Investigate theft, vandalism, and other crimes that occur on campus property
Available to provide security for special campus events
Provide assistance to faculty, staff, students, and visitors
Compile information for CLC incident reports
Act as a liaison with the Central Lakes College Safety and Security Department

Security communications
Security Communications are in operation 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Their tasks include:
Monitoring the campus using CCTV cameras.
Monitor and control campus intrusion and electronic card access alarm systems.

Parking Enforcement
Parking Enforcement is available during business hours to provide parking to meet the needs of faculty, students, staff and guests of the campus. These tasks include:
Enforce Central Lakes College Parking Regulations.
Coordinate Special Event Parking.
