Event Details
In two trips across the fourth largest nation on Earth, Minnesota educators Gary Payne and Mary Rosenberg collected hundreds of images of Argentine history, culture, landscapes and wildlife. The couple drove nearly 8000 kilometers through the deserts, farmlands, vineyards and Andean mountains to capture the story of this resource-rich nation. The best of these photos will be woven into two presentations at Central Lakes College – Brainerd on April 2nd at 12pm in the Chalberg Theater and 7pm in room E354 (lecture lab).
Cultural Thursday is the monthly cultural literacy program of Central Lakes College where we invite and host speakers from around the world to help us better understand the diverse peoples, perspectives and places of our planet.
