Get those toes tapping! The 1st Verse Like Water Wandering Troubadour Concert is happening from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9 on the south lawn, Brainerd campus.
Three musicians from the Twin Cities will be performing. A picnic lunch will be available.
At 1:15 p.m., musician Paul Spring will offer a children’s concert.
Meet the musicians:
Paul Spring: a Minneapolis poet and songwriter whose album for children topped Amazon’s best selling list for weeks in 2014. He has been featured on NPR.
Brian Laidlaw: would be remembered by anyone who saw him warm up poet Robert Hass last October. Brian has an MFA from Stanford, and his first book of poetry out from Milkweed Editions in Minneapolis.
Dylan McFarling: one of the great guitar players in Minnesota.
