Dental Assisting students were awarded a $25,000 Delta Dental grant

Central Lakes College Dental Assisting students were awarded a $25,000 Delta Dental Scholarships for Student Success grant.

The grant provided scholarship support to every student in the Dental Assisting program.

“Delta Dental of Minnesota Foundation is proud to partner with Central Lakes College Foundation to support access to dental education and a new generation of dental professionals,” said Joseph Lally, Executive Director of the Delta Dental of Minnesota Foundation. “Together, we will help expand access to oral health care in Greater Minnesota.”

Student Regan Krampitz, one of the scholarship recipients, said “My education goals include graduating from CLC this next year. I plan to maintain a high-grade point average. My career goals include working at an oral surgery office. I really enjoy that specific field and I am excited to see where it takes me from there. I plan to be a dental assistant as a lifelong career.”
