System office ASA, ITS, and Minnesota State Info Hub are working together to extend the capacity of campuses and provide resources and support for students who are transitioning from in-person to virtual delivery of their courses. Here are the ongoing and new student resources available:
- Students will receive immediate assistance or be guided through the process to submit a ticket for more complex issues

- The phone number, hours and link to resources can be included on your COVID 19 campus webpage and is ready to publish on your campus D2L log-in site by giving your D2L site administrator the approval to do so
- Student Guides – Text and video guides for D2L Brightspace, Zoom, Kaltura MediaSpace, and Office 365 are also available at the Student Academic Continuity site for student’s direct use or for you to download and brand to your campus, as needed.
