Central Lakes College’s Staples campus will host the 31st Annual Farm Forum: Perspectives in Agriculture for 2019. It will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 4.
Industry leaders will focus on current issues in agriculture through a series of presentations. Presenters include: Jef Cichos, president of FIBT – Staples/Motley; Ed Uhlenkamp, CLC Farm Business Management instructor; Shane Blair, MDA Palmer Eradication coordinator; Daryl Ritchison, interim director of NDAWN; Luke Stuewe, Fertilizer Field Unit supervisor (MDA); Ted Matthews, Rural Mental Health specialist; Keith Olander, CLC Dean of Agriculture Studies; Chuck Mayer, CPA at Mayer, Porter & Nelson; Jay Backowski, county executive director; Karl Sabrowsky, farm loan manager.
