The Central Lakes College Videography Production students this week are in Brainerd to set up, rehearse, and produce a recorded broadcast of the weekend’s Vacationland Figure Skating Show in the Civic Center. “We are treating it like a live broadcast with multiple cameras, switchers, directors, etcetera,” said Mark Ambroz, instructor. “We will produce a DVD from the event that will be available for purchase.” Among students assigned on this project are Latoya Ross-Sullivan (director), Matt Johnson (technical director), Spencer Thompson (camera), Matt Britton (camera), Chris Hoffman (production manager), Brittany Stansbury (production assistant), Kayla Voss (production assistant), and Nolan Betterman (camera). Other students are scheduled for additional assignments.
