The CLC Chamber Singers want you!

Did you know that CLC has a choir? Check it out!

Here are some fun facts about the CLC Chamber Singers:

  • They meet Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at noon on the Brainerd Campus in E471.
  • You can bring your lunch to class.
  • You don’t have to audition.
  • You don’t have to be a great singer.
  • You don’t have to read music.
  • Full class load?  Registration issues?  No problem!  Come down to the Music Department and talk to director Sarah Aamot. She accepts non-registered students.
  • You can bring your kids to class!
  • They sing everything: Pop, jazz, sacred, secular, folk songs, broadway, blues, spirituals, gospel, rock & roll and more.
  • They have a great accompanist and always include other instrumentalists during concerts, like:  bass, guitar, drums, percussion, etc.  If you play an instrument, come talk to Sarah.
  • They are a mix of all kinds of people, of all ages and backgrounds, with all kinds of life experiences, and they all love to sing.

Join the CLC Chamber Singers today and help them reach the goal of 40 singers. Register for MUSC 1431 or go to E471 (The Music Rehearsal Room) on Monday, Aug. 29 at noon.
