The Central Lakes College volleyball team ran its record to 20-5 in a sweep of Hibbing Saturday. Coach jane Peterson said her team showed offensive power and “looked like a team on a mssion.” The fifth-ranked Raiders got 13 kills from Brainerd sophomore Alanna Hansen (shown) and 31 set assists from Little Falls freshman Tiffany Hartung, while CLC annexed the Northern Division regular-season crown in Minnesota College Athletic Conference play, unbeaten ahead of a showdown with once nationally ranked Northland at 4 p.m. Wednesday. Sarah Miller had 15 digs and two ace serves in another steady effort for the Crosslake freshman. Lindsay Monson, a Pierz freshman, nailed nine kills.
