Political Science instructor guest of Speaker Mike Johnson at roundtable discussion

Steve Wenzel, Political Science instructor at Central Lakes College, was an invited guest of U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-Louisiana, at a recent Roundtable Issues Discussion in Golden Valley.  The attendees asked questions of the Speaker and engaged in an open discussion about issues facing Congress and the nation.

Wenzel said those attending the discussion were able to ask questions to the Speaker on the state of the nation’s economy, national security, and taxes and spending by the President and Congress.
