CLC adds 2 new transfer pathway degrees

Central Lakes College is pleased to announce the addition of two new transfer pathway degrees starting in fall. They include the Sociology Transfer Pathway AA Degree and the Exercise Science Transfer Pathway AA Degree.

These degrees have been created by teams of educators from the Minnesota State system. Both degrees allow students to earn Associate in Arts Degree at Central Lakes College and then transfer seamlessly to Minnesota State universities and earn a bachelor’s degree in four years. Students who complete Transfer Pathway degrees will be guaranteed junior status upon admission to a university and can complete their degree in an additional 60 credits. Students must still meet any special admission requirements for the major. 

These two new transfer pathway degrees are in addition to the Psychology Transfer Pathway AA and the Economics Transfer Pathway AA.
