Verse Like Water Presents Romanian Poet Maya C. Popa

Dr. Maya C. Popa, who has written four elegant books of poetry, will read in the Chalberg at noon. This will be followed by a book signing and an informal craft talk, also in the Chalberg at 1:30. She teaches creative writing at NYU, and is currently finishing a second doctorate that focuses on the relationship between wonder and poetry.
