ConnectEffect with Riaz Patel

Central Lakes College invites you to experience ConnectEffect, an innovative and interactive event designed to inspire connection and break down social barriers in a fun, engaging way. The event is free and open to the public.

Hosted by two-time Emmy-nominated television producer Riaz Patel, ConnectEffect offers a unique blend of entertainment and meaningful interaction. Through lively group activities and conversations, participants will explore the contrasts between the “Real World” and the “Screen World,” all while building connections with new people in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Designed to be both enjoyable and eye-opening, ConnectEffect helps people from different generations and backgrounds find common ground and share positive experiences.

“Our goal is to create an event that brings people together in a way that’s both fun and impactful. ConnectEffect is all about breaking down barriers and building a stronger, more connected community, and we can’t wait to see how it will resonate with everyone involved,” said Joey Yow, Director of the Central Lakes Community Performing Arts Center.
