The CLC Animal Science program offers flexible and engaging pathways for students to pursue their passion for animals and animal-related careers. Through interactive coursework, expert-led instruction, and immersive virtual experiences, students will build a strong foundation in animal nutrition, health, behavior, and management. Designed for working professionals and remote learners, the program emphasizes critical thinking, practical applications, and industry-relevant knowledge that can be applied across a wide variety of roles.

Completion of the Agricultural Science AS degree provides students with a background introduction to animal science, horticulture or natural resources, making them prepared to pursue further education at a four-year college, or as a stand along degree, provides for diverse opportunities in advocacy, agribusiness, horticulture, natural resources and professional and technical roles across the animal science field.
