The Health and Safety/Facilities/Fleet Manager will have responsibility for approximately 17 vehicles and over-sighting BI-CAP’s facilities’ maintenance and repair. BI-CAP facilities include: Bemidji Office, Bemidji YouthBuild Office, Bemidji Head Start Center, Blackduck Head Start Center, Walker Office and Backus Head Start Center.
