TICKET & BOX OFFICE INFORMATION

 Walk-up tickets sales

From June 15 - July 17, 2010, the Box Office window is open Tuesday-Saturday from 12:30-2 p.m. The window is also open one hour before each showtime. Unless a performance is sold-out, tickets are available to purchase at the door.

After the summer season, the Box Office will be closed until Labor Day - Monday, September 6, 2010.

 

Advanced ticket sales

Online: Visit www.clctickets.com and place your order immediately! You can print your tickets at home and bring them to the theatre the day of the show, or opt to have your tickets held at will call where you'll be able to pick them up at the Box Office window just before showtime. Please let the Box Office know if you have difficulties processing your order.

Telephone: Call (218) 855-8199 and leave a message with your name, telephone number, and which performance you wish to attend. A Box Office staff member will call you back to process your order.

 

For Your Information

Exchanges: For ticket exchanges, notify the Box Office 48-hours in advance of showtime. Advance notice is needed since exchanges must be processed prior to the day of performance. Exchanged tickets are released when the cancelled tickets are returned. If your tickets are already printed, return them to the Box Office window when you arrive for the show. Ticket exchanges are only valid for on productions with multiple performances, usually Theatre Department shows. Exchanges cannot be made for events in the Cultural Arts Series.

Payment: All ticket sales are final. No refunds. We accept credit or debit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa), personal checks, or cash.

Reservations: Unless advertised otherwise, we are not able to hold tickets without advanced payment.

Sell-outs: When sold-out performances occur, they happen at the last minute usually the day of the show. The latest updates for sell-outs are listed on the Box Office voicemail: (218)855-8199. Purchasing your tickets in advance is recommended. In the event of a sell-out, a waiting list is started, but tickets are only released to those physically present in the lobby 10 minutes prior to showtime. We are not able to contact waiting list patrons in advance.

 

 

TICKET SPECIALS

CLC Students

Students currently enrolled at Central Lakes College are admitted free to Theatre Department productions.

- Applies only to those currently enrolled in CLC (Brainerd or Staples campus). Rate not extended to friends or family of CLC student.

- Present your college ID card at the Box Office window when picking up tickets.

- Not available online.

- Subject to availability of tickets

- Not available for Cultural Arts Events
