AUDIENCE INFORMATION Our shows are generally for audiences of all ages. When not appropriate for some age groups, advertising will state as such. When in doubt, ask the Box Office staff or contact the production's director (if listed). Unless otherwise stated, please, no babes in arms or children under the age of 5. Please arrive at the theatre prior to stated curtain times. The doors to the theatre usually open 30 minutes before show time. Late seating will be at the discretion of the house manager. Flash and/or video photography is not allowed during performance. Please turn off cell phones prior to entering the theatre. If you need to be contacted during the performance, please ask callers to phone the Box Office at (218)855-8199. Notify the house manager that you may be receiving a message during the performance. Handicap-accessible seating is available for all performances. Feel free to contact the the Box Office to discuss any specific needs. DIRECTIONS Central Lakes College Theatre is located on the Brainerd Campus at 501 West College Drive. Click here for maps of the campus and local streets. From Baxter: If arriving from MN 371 in Baxter, look for large green street signs at the stoplight intersection of MN 371 and Glory Rd/College Rd. Turn East onto College Road and stay in the left lane. Go straight through the next stoplight which is located at the corner of College Square gas station. The campus will be on the right (or south) side of the street. Look for a blue sign that says "Main Entrance" and turn right into the North Parking Lot. From Brainerd: At the stoplight intersection of South 6th St (a.k.a. MN Business 371) and Quince St, turn west (towards the Brainerd High School). At South 5th St, there will be a four-way intersection with only three stop signs. At your stop-sign, turn left (or south) down the hill. You will continue down the hill, over a bridge on the Mississippi River, and up another hill before you see the campus on the left (or south) side of the street. Look for a blue sign that says "Main Entrance" and turn left into the North Parking Lot. Once in the Main Entrance lot: Handicap parking is on the east end of the lot. Head to the left corner of the building. Enter through Door #4 and you will see counters for TRIO and ACE college services. Veer to the left and follow the blue tile wall around the next right corner. The Chalberg Theatre is at the end of this hallway. The Box Office window is a blue countertop set into the wall just outside the Chalberg Theatre.
For equipment load-in: From either the East or West entrance on College Drive, turn onto Mississippi Parkway. This is the service road which runs behind the campus and will take you to the Southeast Parking Lot. The Southeast Parking Lot is a small lot marked with a blue sign listing "Library" and "Theatre". Once there, doors 17, 18, or 19 lead to our stages but are locked from outside access. To confirm which door to use, contact one of our personnel in advance.
