Central Lakes College has modified its in-person business operations in accordance with public health guidance. Our Student Services offices are available to assist you via email, phone, and video chat during regular business hours (8 am – 4:30 pm M-F). The Welcome Desk at both campuses will be staffed 8 am – 4:30 pm M-F. Computer/Learning Commons and Library will be staffed from 9 am-12 pm M-F.

Accessibility Services is working collaboratively with faculty and students in this transition to online instruction, students will continue to receive approved and reasonable accommodations. Admissions is offering group virtual tours of all of our campuses via Zoom. Sessions are limited to 4 people. The Zoom meeting ID and link will be emailed to you the day prior to your tour session. Note: a valid email address will be required. If you are unable to take part in our scheduled tours or do not have access to Zoom, please reach out to one of our enrollment representatives directly for alternative options! You can also reach out to them if you have any questions about enrolling at CLC.

We are still hoping to offer an in-person buyback in May, but if you need to sell your books before then we offer an online option. Please check the Bookstore website for updates.
If you are a PSEO student, we will be sending you a prepaid mailing label for returning your textbooks. Instructions on how to return your textbooks will be included.

If you purchased a meal plan from food service on either campus you will not lose your funds.
You have two options at the end of the semester:
1 – if you are returning in the fall, you can roll the funds forward.
2 – if you are not returning in the fall, you can request a refund at the end of the semester.

The Business Office will have limited access to mail, as staff are working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, we are asking that students please make payments through student e-Services. Payments can be made via e-check, debit card or credit card. Fall scholarship applications will be accepted online from May 1 – June 15. To apply, login with your StarID and password. The process takes between 20 and 60 minutes. You are able to save your work and finish at a later time. Check back on May 1 for the application link!
The CLC Food Pantry is taking orders.

The CLC Food Pantry will put together a FREE bag of groceries from the food pantry, and you may pick it up at either campus Welcome Center front desk Monday – Friday 9AM – 12PM.
TRIO serves students working toward their Associate of Arts Degree and planning on transferring to a four-year college.
