Central Lakes College EZ Enrollment

Many students spend days applying for a college or university, taking placement tests, and getting help registering for the correct courses to suit their career goals. Central Lakes College EZ Enrollment allows students to complete the process in as little as four hours. Please consider attending an EZ Enrollment event to receive personal service from trainined CLC Professionals all of your Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, and Academic Advising needs.

At EZ Enrollment, you can be:

- Admitted into a Central Lakes College Career & Technical Program or the Associate in Arts Degree
- Complete Placement Testing to ensure you register for the correct courses
- Have all of your Financial Aid questions answered
- Receive an overview of Central Lakes College policies and locations of supportive services
- Meet with our qualifed Counseling and Advising Staff to receive guidance regarding what course registration
- Create a personalized career plan for you to pursue

- Complete EZ Enrollment at CLC with a Course Schedule in hand and ready for to start your college experience

Please bring you $20.00 application fee to Central Lakes College and a Photo ID to complete the Admissions Process.


Students may check-in for EZ Enrollment between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.. EZ Enrollment Day includes everything you need to complete the admissions process.  Students who successfully complete EZ Enrollment will be admitted into a Central Lakes College Program of study, registered for courses, and ready to begin your college experience. EZ Enrollment Online Checklist:

Want to speed up your EZ Enrollment experience and make it even more easy? You may complete the following EZ Enrollment stations online to reduce your time spent at the stations when you attend an EZ Enrollment Session.


1) Admissions: At this station, a Central Lakes College professional Admissions staff will ensure you have applied and been accepted into an area of study.

Apply Now to Central Lakes College - For first time students who have not applied to Central Lakes College before                                                                                                                                                                   

OR

Complete the EZ-Reenrollment Form if you had previously attended CLC but had a break in attendance for at least one year.

Complete a Program Change Form
if you had previously attended Central Lakes College and need to change your program.

Ensure Central Lakes College has an updated immunization record for you on file


2) Assessment: students will take the Accuplacer assessment test to ensure they register for the appropriate level of courses which meet their academic needs.  Students may schedule to take the Accuplacer assessment test prior to an EZ Enrollment session, or complete the test at EZ Enrollment. If you wish to complete the Assessment test prior to EZ Enrollment, please call 1-800-933-0346 ext. 8254, or e-mail landerso@clcmn.edu

 

3) Students learn about Central Lakes College policies relevant to their EZ Enrollment experience through our EZ Enrollment videos:
    - EZ Enrollment Orientation Video for General Education and Associate in Arts Students.           
    - EZ Enrollment Orientation Video for Technical Program Students.       
    - EZ Enrollment Orientation Video for Heavy Equipment Operation Maintenance Students.
    - EZ Enrollment Orientation Video for Diesel and Heavy Equipment Technology Students.  

   
The EZ Enrollment Video Guide may be completed and returned to an EZ Enrollment event to skip this station at EZ Enrollment.

4. Financial Aid: Consider applying for Federal Financial Aid as soon as possible to ensure your Financial Aid is ready for the semester you want to start at CLC.

 

5. Business Office: Review Central Lakes College Tuition and Fees and create a plan to pay for your CLC tuition and fees, books, and costs associated.

 

6. Registration: Learn how to register for courses, and meet with a CLC professional to ensure the courses you are selecting work with your academic plan.
