Student E-Services Site

Below you will find categories available on the Student E-Services site with a short description of what you, as a student, can do online.  To visit the Student E-Services site click on the "Student E-Services" link at the top of this page.

Account Management
Students may change their address and phone number online.  Students are responsible for keeping their address and phone number current with Central Lakes College.  Click on â€œAddress Info" to make any changes and/or additions to the address or phone number fields.

Courses & Registration

A student may add and drop classes from his/her schedule without financial obligation during the free drop/add period each term.  The first five class days of fall, spring and summer terms  are the free drop/add periods.  If a course has a start date different than the published calendar, students will be allowed to add that course up to the second class meeting.  Students wishing to drop a once-a-week or late start class must do so one class day after the first class session to avoid the tuition and fees charges.  (Students receiving financial aid need to be aware that doing this may have an effect on their financial aid award.)

To find out when you can add or drop a course for the new semester:

  • Click on "Registration Window".
  • Change the semester if needed.  (Click on "Registration Window" again if you needed to change the semester.)
  • Once the schedule is added to the E-Services site you will be able to see when the Registration Window opens for you.  The date given will be the earliest date you are allowed to add or drop a course from your schedule.

To add a course:

  • Click on "Find a Course" to search for a course.
  • Click on "Quick Add (Register)" if you know the Course ID# of the course you want to add.

It is the student's responsibility to verify their schedule is correct.  To view your schedule:

  • Click on "View/Modify Class Schedule".
  • Change the semester if needed.  (Click on "View/Modify Class Schedule" again if you needed to change the semester.)
  • Your current schedule will appear.  You can also print your schedule from this screen.

To drop/withdraw from a course:

  • Click on "View/Modify Class Schedule".
  • Click on the Course ID# of the course you want to drop.
  • When selecting a function choose "Drop/Withdraw" from the drop-down menu.
  • Click on "Process" and follow the additional instructions on the screen.

Please Note: Students perform the same function to drop or withdraw from a course. If the action is taken within the first five business days of the semester term, the course will be dropped. If the action is taken after the first five business days of the term, the action will be registered as a withdrawal, and the student will receive a grade of "W" for the course.
