Flight Instructor Certificate The professional pilot aviation emphasis certificate curriculum provides the foundation for a career in major airlines. While working on the certificate, you will be building hours toward the airline industry hiring standards. Students at CLC may pursue degrees in aviation including airline operations, professional flight, and airline management. These programs will prepare students for careers in the areas of airline pilot, air traffic control, general aviation, air taxi pilot, aviation management, and aircraft dispatcher. This curriculum also meets the Federal Aviation Administration Curriculum guidelines.
Department Learning Outcomes *Flight Labs Students, who complete, will demonstrate the ability to operate an aircraft to FAA standards outlined in the appropriate practical test standards. *Students who complete the FAA Knowledge Test will demonstrate the criteria outlined by the FAA.
