CLC Upward Bound students earn scholarships

20160504_204956Six Central Lakes College Upward Bound students received scholarships at the recent Staples Motley High School’s Dollars for Scholars event.

Three of those students were awarded the prestigious Harold Griffiths Scholarship: Patrick Thompson was awarded $21,025; Amy Lochli was awarded $12,450; Dakota Hanson was awarded $2,000.
The Dollars for Scholars event awards scholarships to high school seniors who apply and meet the qualifications. A total of $85,000 was awarded to the 60 some seniors who attended the event.

 

Other CLC Upward Bound student scholarship awards:

Katie Blowers, $300

Emilee Etzler, $1,000

Allyn Paklonsky, $200
