Students and community members are invited to an Advanced Indoor Food Workshop titled “Aquaponics and Hydroponics Systems” at Central Lakes College.
The workshop will be held from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 26 at CLC’s Brainerd campus.
The workshop will feature aquaponics and hydroponics systems and components, a case study of an aquaponics food production facility, regulations and biosecurity, environmental and economic viability of aquaponics growing systems, and a panel question and answer session.
There is a $10 fee for adults. Students get in free, but must register. Lunch will be provided.
