Central Lakes College will hold several events in conjunction with Minnesota Manufacturing Week Oct. 1-10. The community, students and staff are invited to the events.
Thursday, Oct. 1, from 1-5 p.m.
The Staples campus will open the Machine Trades and Robotics program labs for a tour. There will be coffee and cookies at the AME office. There will be a booth and display from 3M.
Saturday, Oct. 3, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
The Brainerd campus will open its Welding program labs, where students will be actively busy in the trade. Visitors will get a VIP ticket to have a private tour of the labs during Oct. 5-9. There will be hot dogs available and a robot will serve soda.
