Baseball rain-out

The Central Lakes College baseball game scheduled for Mills Field today vs. St. John’s junior varsity has been canceled, reports Raider Coach Pat Held. He said it is unlikely to be rescheduled. The team dropped two games to Ridgewater on Tuesday in the final home twinbill of the 2011 season. Scores were 11-0 and 6-0. Adam Tautges had the Raiders’ only hit in the frist game, and Josh Edwards belted two in the second shutout loss. Pete Lucken pitched a complete game in the 6-0 loss in which CLC was outhit, 8-4, but played errorless ball. The team record is 0-27.
