The Central Lakes College Raiders suffered a doubleheader baseball loss to Ridgewater on Wednesday, April 21 at Willmar. “The big difference was no walks for them and we walked 10 batters,” said CLC coach Pat Held. The Raiders had won three of their last four games heading into the matchup against Ridgewater, which sat in second place in the Central Division. In Game One, Central Lakes managed just one run on five hits, falling by a score of 7-1. Will Paine took the loss, while Keegan Meagher (left) supplied the offense with a 2-for-3 game at the plate. In Game Two, the Raiders collected seven hits, but still came out on the wrong end of a 6-3 score with Meagher suffering the loss.The Raiders sat in third place in the division heading into the game and saw their division record fall to 3-7.
