Your question can be sent to the CLC Counseling staff by completing the form below. Before doing so, please be sure to read the following information:

• We check our email regularly and will make every attempt to reply within 2 working days. However, during busy times a response may take longer.
   

• While every effort is made to keep your communications private, we cannot guarantee that your email will remain confidential, as email is not 100% secure.
   

• Some questions may be too complex or require you to send us protected, personal information. In this case you may be asked to come in person to meet with a CLC Counselor.
