Although, students should not receive aid from both schools. A consortium agreement works as a tool to allow a student to receive aid at one school, but be able to count credits at each school to determine the credit level at which to pay financial aid. If you are receiving financial aid from CLC, enrolled in a CLC program and would like to take credits at another college while you are taking credits at CLC, the CLC Financial Aid Office has a consortium for you to fill out. The consortium needs to be completed each term if you have credits at another college. Even if you complete a consortium with CLC it is your responsibility to pay the tuition at the other school. Consortium agreements can be confusing. Sue Caquelin is the contact person when you need to have a consortium completed. If you have any questions please see her.
