Financial Aid Status Report

What to do with your Financial Aid Status Report:

1. Your "Financial Aid Status” report can be viewed at E-Services or a paper one will also be mailed to you. This will inform you of other required documents to complete your financial aid file.

• Be sure to read your report to determine the correct forms to be completed

• All students need to complete the Financial Aid Information Form and about 40% will also need to complete a verification worksheet. If you are required to submit a verification worksheet be sure all of the requested Federal Tax returns are faxed, mailed or brought into the Financial Aid Office (FAO). The fax number and mailing address are on the status report.

2. Respond quickly to this report. This will allow your financial aid file to be worked on sooner. Complete and return the requested documents and information immediately.

3. There are three possible ways to submit CLC documents:

• Online through Dynamic Forms on the Forms page

• Print the document(s) from the internet on the Forms page, complete and send in

• Request forms to be mailed to you.

4. When the FAO receives all the required documents the process of reviewing and possibly verifying your file will begin.

• When the verification is complete and any necessary corrections made by the FAO staff your file will be ready for an Official Award letter.

• Official Award letters will start to be available around the middle of June for the coming fall semester.  Your award letter will be available in electronic format when you log into the E-Services.  For the 2011-12 school year award letters will only be available electronically.
