and take you to a website (FASTLoans or App Express) where you are able to complete a Master Promissory
Note (MPN) on-line. The MPN is the application for your Stafford
Student Loan. Any Stafford Student Loan guaranteed after July 1, 2006 will have a fixed interest rate of 6.8% Please Note: If you have borrowed a Stafford Student loan within the past 10 years, you may have an MPN on record. Keep this in mind when you begin the MPN application. |
