Policy
Purchase
General
equipment such as recorders, monitors, projectors, etc. will be purchased for
use by all staff and faculty throughout
the campus building. Any
equipment “owned” by a department or discipline is the responsibility of that
department or discipline unless the usage of that equipment is turned over to
the Media Center for General usage across the campuses. Repairs
General
equipment for campus-wide usage will be repaired by the Media Computer
Center. The Media Computer Center should be notified when repair is needed. Equipment
“owned” by a department or discipline must be repaired by that department or
discipline and paid for out of their own budget. Maintenance
General
equipment for campus-wide usage will be cleaned and maintained by the Media
Center. Lamps for this equipment will be provided for and replaced by the
Media Center.
