Student Testimonials
Little Falls, Mn - Current Student
I am a non-traditional student. I came back to Central Lakes College in 2012 from a seven year break. The law enforcement program at CLC is Fantastic!!! All of the instructors are former/current law enforcement who bring first hand knowledge and experience to the classroom. All instructors help students achieve their educational goals and care individually care about each student's success. I am an active part of the Sigma Delta Law Enforcement Club (Vice President) on campus. It has been an amazing experience; we work with local law enforcement agencies through many volunteer activities. Each year we travel or Regional and National Conferences and receive an opportunity to network with other clubs and law enforcement officers/advisors from across the country.
Baxter, MN - Current Student
I am a second year student currently chasing my dream of an AAS in Criminal Justice. In the past two years as a student I have made many of life long friends at CLC. The friends I have made range from other students to the phenomenal faculty of the Criminal Justice Program. This has been the first time I have experienced school that I just cannot get enough of. Since joining this program I have seen and experienced things that only dreams are made of. I am currently a corrections officer with the Crow Wing County Jail in under two years of college, entirely because of this program and faculty. I have traveled places with the Law Enforcement Club that I will never forget. If you are thinking about joining the program do it all. Join the Law enforcement club as a local and national member. Give it a 100% when you go to class. Because of this CLC Criminal Justice program I am a better person. I will truly hold the faculty near and dear forever for what they have turned me into. Forever a member of Team Sigma Delta!
