Mental Health Screening

Your Central Lakes College counselors have chosen a website that will allow you to complete confidential online screening for the following:

  • Alcohol Use
  • Eating Disorders
  • Depression
  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Anxiety Disorder
  • Post-traumatic Stress Disorder

http://www.mentalhealthscreening.org/screening/login.asp?keyword=centrallakes

At the end of each anonymous screening you will receive an immediate result that can be printed and taken to a clinician for further evaluation. A screening test is not a substitute for a complete evaluation but it can help you learn if your symptoms are consistent with depression, bipolar disorder, an anxiety disorder or post-traumatic stress disorder and how to access help.

Please feel free to make an appointment with one of your Central Lakes College counselors if you are unsure of what to do after taking the screening. For appointments call, 218-855-8019 or e-mail us a askacounselor@clcmn.edu
