Student Handbook

As a Central Lakes College in the Schools' student, it is important that you understand the student policies that apply to your college enrollment.

The Student Handbook contains not only student policies and student course expectations but also provides information regarding academic standards, grading standards, academic records, library access and transferring your college credits to other college and universities.

Accuplacer

Purpose of the Accuplacer
Minnesota State Colleges and Universities policy requires all students take the Accuplacer. The Accuplacer provides students information relating to basic reading and math skills. There are no specific scores required to be admitted to the CIS program, however, some courses require a certain score for registration purposes.
