Bridges Academies and Workplace Connection

Clarifying interest, passions and discovering a career path is a journey that students will be taking
over the next few years. To assist them on this journey, high schools, Central Lakes College and the
Brainerd Lakes Chamber have partnered to provide students with several early college options that
allows them to earn college credit, learn new skills and explore different careers and experience
business and industry in real life situations.

The Bridges Academies and Workplace Connection offers education in the classroom and business
experiences beyond the classroom. Academies and workplace experiences are based on the high
wage, high demand careers within the local communities. Bridges high schools include; Crosby,
Peqout Lakes, Pine River, Pillager, Brainerd, Staples-Motley
