Keep Yourself Healthy

Changes in schedules and lifestyles often make it difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Here are some ideas to maintain wellness….

  • Limit the amount of “junk food” you eat.

  • Eat at least 5 servings of fruit/vegetables each day

  • Try to have at least 30 minutes of exercise/walking/stretching per day

  • Drink at least 8 drinking glasses (8oz) of water daily

  • Avoid drinking caffeine after supper

  • Try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night.

  • Wash your hands frequently

  • Schedule a little time each week for something FUN!!!
