Keep Yourself Healthy
Changes in schedules and lifestyles often make it difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Here are some ideas to maintain wellness….
Limit the amount of “junk food” you eat.
Eat at least 5 servings of fruit/vegetables each day
Try to have at least 30 minutes of exercise/walking/stretching per day
Drink at least 8 drinking glasses (8oz) of water daily
Avoid drinking caffeine after supper
Try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
Wash your hands frequently
Schedule a little time each week for something FUN!!!
