About Raider Volleyball

For more than two decades CLC has risen to national prominence in volleyball, due largely to the guidance of Coach Jane Peterson. A relationship-builder, Coach Peterson owns the most wins among active NJCAA Division III coaches. CLC has won three national championships, finished third four times, and fourth once in national tournament appearances. Years with 30-plus wins include 2007 (34-7), 2006 (33-4), and 2005 (36-2). The 2013 team has established high standards for conduct on and off the court. Here are their seven "Core Covenants":

  1. We are committed to being STUDENT athletes.
  2. We are committed to having no putdowns.
  3.  We want to be a team to be proud of.
  4. We are committed to putting our team before ourselves.
  5. We are committed to being a passionate, hard working team.
  6. We are committed to communicating openly and honestly with teammates and coaches.
