About Raider Football
Central Lakes College is a Minnesota College Athletic Conference football power. Head Coach Greg Medeck has made sure of that since his first year: 2007. That year, the Raiders made their first state playoff appearance in a decade. The 7-4 Raiders of 2007 took second place in the MCAC, followed by winning records of 7-3 in 2008 with a Southern Division title and No. 9 national ranking; 10-2 in 2009 with the first state football championship for CLC; 10-2 in 2010 as Division champ, state runner-up, more national poll recognition, and a trip to Arizona to compete in the Valley of the Sun Bowl; and 7-3 in 2011 with a third post-season bowl appearance in as many years.
