CLC baseball, played both in fall training and scrimmages as well as the official spring schedule of intercollegiate competition, comes with an important distinction: Head Coach Pat Held is a “baseball lifer,” He has coached 42 years, helping players develop skills and winning ways from their youngest years to adulthood as collegians who share a love for America’s favorite pastime. Well-known across the state, Coach Held was an assistant coach for the 2000 CLC squad that made an appearance in the NJCAA World Series. Assisted by former Raider players who are volunteer coaches, Coach Held thrives on the challenge.
