Refunds and Exchanges
W do not not issue refund on tickets. All payments are final. In the event of campus closing or severe weather, a show may be postponed or cancelled. Only then, exchanges or refunds may be made according to public announcement. To know about last-minute changes, call the Box Office at (218) 855-8199 and listen to our voicemail greeting.
Exchanges may be made and depend on each show. We can exchange tickets for productions with multiple performances (usually Theatre Department plays) but cannot make exchanges for “one-night-only” shows (events in the Cultural Arts Series). To exchange your tickets, notify the Box Office 48-hours in advance of show time. Advance notice is needed since exchanges must be processed prior to the day of performance. Your new tickets are released when the canceled tickets are returned to the Box Office. If your tickets are already printed, bring them to the Box Office window when you arrive for the show.
Lost tickets
In most cases, we will be able to reprint your tickets at the Box Office, and you'll be able to pick them up at will-call on the day of the show. Contact the Box Office and let us know if you already have a customer profile at www.clctickets.com. If you don’t, we still may be able to find your transaction by searching any of the following: name, credit card (only the last 4 digits), or "record locator" code. (The random 6-letter I.D. printed on any ticket or receipt.)
Sold-out shows
When sold-out performances occur, they usually happen on the day of the show! For the latest updates on sell-outs, call the Box Office at (218) 855-8199. If we’re closed, our voicemail greeting will list any sold-out shows. Given enough time, our website will list sell-outs, but our voicemail is the most-timely source. If you want tickets to a sold-out show, you still may have a chance with one of these options...

These seats that might become available at the very last minute and are only available in-person. By signing-up for a wait-list, be prepared to arrive at the Box Office window early. Enjoying the Theatre
Arriving Early -
Plan on getting to the theater early! Give yourself approximately 15 minutes for things like parking, picking up tickets at will-call, and using the restroom. (Unlike the movies, we do not show previews!) The doors to the theater usually open 30 minutes prior to show time; this is known as “house open.”
Arriving Late - Depending on demand, we cannot guarantee your seats if you are late. Late seating is at the discretion of the house manager. As a courtesy to our audience and for the safety of our performers, we seat latecomers only at a break in the action and near the door to the hallway. If the event is assigned seating, wait until intermission to find your assigned seat.
Cameras, Cell-phones, and Souvenirs -
Unless announced otherwise, turn off cell-phones during the show. If you need to be contacted during the performance, please ask callers to telephone the Box Office at (218)855-8199. Notify the house manager that you may be expecting a call, and s/he will give you any messages during intermission. Additionally, recording the performance is not allowed - including flash photography or video/audio recording.
Performers may be willing to meet and greet after the performance. Some events have merchandise for sale in the lobby during or after the show. Expect to pay with cash or check for these items
Young Children - Our shows are generally for audiences of all ages (5 years old and above), but unless advertised otherwise, infants and toddlers should stay home. This is due to the length and noise-level of most shows. If you choose to bring a child under 5 years old, be aware that admission is charged even if s/he sits on a parent's lap.
When the show’s content is not appropriate for certain ages, advertising will state as such. When in doubt, ask the Box Office or contact the production's director (if listed).
