Degree-in-Three
The Degree-in-Three program is
designed as a way for students in central Minnesota who cannot
take daytime classes to earn their Associate in Arts degree by
taking a combination of night, off-campus, or Web-based
classes. Individually, you may take more or less than three
years to earn the degree depending on factors such as how many
classes you take each semester and whether you have credits you
can transfer to CLC.
There is nothing you need to do
in order to be part of the Degree-in-Three program. It is not a
formal program; rather, it is a way of helping you to know which
classes will be made available in your area and when. However,
if you have not applied to Central Lakes College you need to
contact the Admissions office or check out the college Web site
for the guidelines and forms. After that, you may plan your own
schedules, although we encourage you to contact one of our
counselors. They are especially helpful in working with you to
understand the requirements you need to meet in order to earn
your A.A. degree and be ready to transfer to work on your
bachelor’s degree.
If you have
any questions please call Central Lakes College and ask for
Rebecca Best, Dean of Educational Services, or any one of the
counselors. |
