New guidelines for employees returning from travel

In follow-up to the e-mail I sent to all employees regarding travel.  Many employees have been e-mailing their information.  However, more recently, additional guidance came out that states the following:

The employee should self-quarantine at home for three days to monitor for COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, or difficulty breathing.

If the employee traveled from or through a COVID-19-affected region, they should first refer to instructions on the CDC website about returning from travel. Then the employee should notify their supervisor about their status as it relates to current CDC guidance. If the CDC guidance or their medical professional indicates the employee should stay home, the employee should stay home.

So we are asking that each of you contact any of your direct reports, tonight, if they have traveled out of state or country (not level 3).  According to this new guideline, any employee in this situation should self-quarantine for three days.  If they recently returned, we would like you to make contact with them so they are not on campus tomorrow.
